Commission Rules

Rules / faq for my coms in general:

Payment- Slots are first come, first served. Holds/claims will last for 48 hours before I offer the slot to the next person.- Full payment is required up front. Coms will be completed in order of payment, not in order of slots claimed.- I only accept USD via paypal or venmo.- I only offer a refund of 50% of your com if I have not yet started work on the lineart. No refunds will be offered if you are not satisfied with your finished commission. If there are tweaks you'd like, just ask me about it! I want you to be happy with the work I do for you.- Issuing a chargeback or the like in order to get around the previous rules will result in an immediate blacklist from ever purchasing from me again (including adoptables). I am a small creator. Please just communicate with me instead of taking drastic measures.--------------------------------Permissions- Feel free to repost your coms on your socials. I only ask that you credit at least one of my socials in your post:

Warriors Tumblr: @needlepine- You may NOT use my artwork for monetary gain and/or anything involving AI training. This includes making stickers/prints/etc of my artwork, using my artwork for NFTs, or using my artwork in AI image-generation datasets.- If you would like to specifically commission me for a merch design/design that will otherwise be used and profited from (ex. video assets, Fakémon lore vids if you’re here for that, etc), I am open to the idea! DM me to discuss quotes.- I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason without disclosing said reason.--------------------------------FAQHow long will my commission take to complete?
- Wait times for coms are usually no more than a month. I will let you know if I have to push this time frame. Please do ask for updates if I have not contacted you after this time.Are backgrounds included in your commission prices?
- I am not offering complex backgrounds for my coms as of now. Talk to me if you'd like a simple bg and/or props around your character.Do you have any discounts for multiple characters?
- No, additional characters are the same price. Ex. If you want two fullbodies in a commission, double the price of a fullbody.- DM me if you have any further questions or concerns!

Rules / faq for custom designs and adoptables:

Permissions- Adoptables are first come, first served. Claims to adoptables will be held for 48 hours before I offer the adopt to the next person. However, you may request a hold. I will hold adopts for up to two weeks maximum.- If my adoptables come with names/info blurbs, feel free to change them or discard them completely. I won't be offended! I just personally enjoy seeing what artists imagine for the characters they design. :)- You may only resell my designs for equal to or less than their original value + the value of any additional artwork made of the character.- You may tweak any designs you purchase from me. Fully redesign them if you really want to! I just ask that if you edit the original artwork yourself, you still credit me for it.- Feel free to post your designs on TH. My TH is Fossilclaws, so just credit me for the design when you post it (if I haven’t done so already). Same rules as my commissions apply when posting my designs on other sites. All I ask is that you credit me (see above for list of places to credit me).- I will reiterate: you may NOT use my artwork for monetary gain and/or anything involving AI training. This includes making stickers/prints/etc of my artwork, using my artwork for NFTs, or using my artwork in AI image-generation datasets.-Adoptables and customs are for personal, non-commercial use by default.
